I recently bought a pair of mid-calf gray slouch boots but I only have two pairs of skinny jeans and one of them is a white pair. Do you think the boots will look good with the white skinny jeans tucked into them. What color shirt do you think I would

I think it would look fantastic. As far as shirts, I'd either go with something bold(but vintage-y instead of bright). Or you could go with layers if you don't want so much color.

A pair of muddy boots left at the scene of a home invasion early Tuesday morning led police to a man accused of breaking into the rural St. Charles home and assaulting a man in his own bedroom.

Levi David Reps, 19, also of rural St. Charles, was arrested Thursday afternoon after he allegedly admitted to police he broke into the home. He was referred to the county attorney’s office for potential charges of first degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, theft, damage to property and aggravated burglary.

Police were called to the residence on County Road 35 at about 3 a.m. Tuesday. A 34-year-old female resident told police she woke up several times just prior to the call, hearing noises she dismissed as her children. But when she woke just before 3 a.m., a man wearing a black ski mask was in her bedroom, and her husband and the man fought before the suspect fled. Police said Reps had a knife he had used to cut the screen on a window,
